In Store Pickup and Shipping Cut-Off Times

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to ship. We strive to complete all orders quickly and efficiently.

Shipping
orders placed Saturday/Sunday will be processed the following Monday,
including Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air. Pickup orders will be processed
the following Tuesday.

Return Policy

• Items being returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging.

• Items being returned or exchanged must show no signs of use.

• A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns or exchanges.

• Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Seasonal items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for damaged or defective foil balloons.

• Items purchased in-store must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

• Items purchased online or through our app must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

• We are not responsible for damaged or defective accessories; these are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
